Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1573) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 35                                                                               
    "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                    
    Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and                                 
    providing for an effective date."

    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 35(FIN)                                                            
    "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                    
    Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors;                                     
    extending the term of a temporary member of the State Board of                                  
    Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and                                 
    providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 35, thus adopting SCS HB 35(FIN), and
